In the interest of clarifying the water, Al Hodges will have something to say to the shareholder base sometime in the next few days, at the latest by the end of the day Friday, January 14, 2011.

In the interim (and ever after) we suggest that everyone untwist their knickers and simply be kind to one another.

Twisted Knickers

Mr. Smith & Mr. Hodges,

If the shareholders knickers are twisted, it is because of your apparent disregard for the plight of the shareholders...
Some of whom have been waiting for this for more than 8 years.

A message to shareholders is a step in the right direction, but any official update will need to be full of facts and time frames for what is happening & expected.

Shareholders will not get untwisted by another useless update telling us payment is imminent and everything is nearing completion.

I doubt that any shareholder questions your efforts and hard work in trying to secure our funds.
However, the visible result of this is a twice dismissed lawsuit, rumors of every shape & size, and not one shred of evidence of any real progress.

In spite of all this, I hope that you can finally tell shareholders that this is really finally done, and be able to support that with some real hard facts.
